Leading the digital transformation of Unnayan Sahayak Sangstha, an established development organization serving underprivileged communities in Bangladesh since 1988.
The role includes technical strategy, stakeholder coordination, full-stack web development, content-management workflows, cloud deployment, SEO, database planning, maintenance, and planning for future administrative and information-management systems.
This hybrid contractual engagement combines development, system planning, digital infrastructure management, organizational consultation, and long-term technical support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's digital transformation strategy
- Coordinate technical requirements with leadership, administrative teams, and organizational stakeholders
- Oversee the official website and content-management system
- Maintain structured content and media-management workflows
- Manage cloud deployment, DNS, maintenance, and technical operations
- Plan future administrative portals and information-management systems
- Support database planning and technology-enabled organizational services
- Manage technical SEO, metadata, dynamic sitemaps, and search indexing
- Provide ongoing technical consultation and infrastructure planning

- Architected and developed the production USS web portal
- Designed a structured content-management workflow for organizational information
- Implemented protected administrative functionality and content publishing
- Integrated Firebase, and Cloudinary-based media workflows
- Configured Vercel deployment and Cloudflare DNS infrastructure
