Overview
Worked on-site and part-time as an IT and Digital Skills Trainer through the EDGE-ICTIU Digital Skills Program and other academic and professional training initiatives.
The training activities focused on computer fundamentals, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, graphic design, web-development fundamentals, and AI-assisted productivity.
Hands-on learning materials, demonstrations, exercises, and mentoring support were used to help students, officers, and professionals develop practical technology and productivity skills.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops
- Prepare learning materials and practical exercises
- Teach computer fundamentals and office applications
- Deliver advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint sessions
- Teach Google Workspace and digital productivity workflows
- Introduce graphic-design and web-development fundamentals
- Guide learners through hands-on practical activities
- Provide mentoring and individual technical support
- Support professional capacity-building and digital-literacy initiatives
