- Lead the organization's digital transformation strategy and technical roadmap
- Develop and maintain their custom administrative portal, CMS, and employee management systems
- Coordinate technical requirements with leadership, administrative teams, and organizational stakeholders
- Oversee the official website, media workflows, and brand consistency across social media channels
- Manage cloud deployment, DNS, maintenance, and technical operations
- Manage technical SEO, metadata, dynamic sitemaps, and search indexing
- Provide ongoing technical consultation and infrastructure planning
