Overview

Serving as the President (Administration) of Notre Dame Outward Bound Adventure Club (NDC OBAC) during the 2019-20 term marked a pivotal early milestone in my administrative and outdoor leadership journey.

In this capacity, I directed overall club administration, coordinated with college authorities, led executive committee meetings, and managed large-scale events including the National Adventure Festivals.

From hosting ceremonies to editing the 'Adventure-53' club magazine, planning country-wide tours, and organizing specialized seminars, this administrative role laid the foundation for my team management, public relations, and event coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

Managed day-to-day club operations, documentation, and administrative planning for the 2019-20 executive committee term
Hosted the opening and closing ceremonies of the 3rd National Adventure Festival (2019) and chaired the closing ceremony of the 4th National Adventure Festival (2020)
Coordinated major outdoor club events, including leading the Treasure Hunt event at the 4th National Adventure Festival
Supervised the publication and unveiling of the 'Adventure-53' club magazine and organized the club's 53rd anniversary celebrations
Organized and coordinated multiple national outdoor adventure tours, including Sreemangal (2019), Kuakata (2019), and Sitakunda (2020)
Planned specialized club programs and seminars, including the Seminar on Rock Climbing (2020) and the Intra-Club Hidden Object Quest
Collaborated with other college organizers to execute the NDC Education and Cultural Fair and the Intra-College Futsal Tournament 2019
