Overview
My journey with Bangladesh Scouts, Moulvibazar Govt High School Unit from 2013 to 2018 represents one of my earliest structured community service and team coordination milestones.
As a Patrol Leader, I coordinated outdoor hiking expeditions, camping operations, and was selected for the Central Volunteers Team at the 5th District Scout Camp (2017).
Leading our patrol to win the Upazila Best Scout Team Award (2017) and representing the unit before the District Scout Commissioner were crucial in shaping my early leadership confidence, discipline, and volunteer spirit.
Responsibilities
- Led day-to-day operations and activities of the school scouting patrol as Patrol Leader
- Managed camping setup and coordinated team tasks during the 5th District Scout Camp (2017)
- Coordinated troop meetings, hosted the Camp Fire Night, and led the Central Volunteers Team during district level camps
- Organized outdoor hiking, pioneering, and adventure camps in 2016 and 2017
- Represented the scout unit in formal events, including BP Day & Scouts Day celebrations (2017)
- Led the patrol to achieve the Upazila Best Scout Team Award (2017)
